A group company within NTT DATA currently seeks a Financial Support Specialist to join our team in Redmond, WA. We are looking for a candidate to fill an Financial Support Specialist position in our Redmond, WA Long Term Care (LTC) branch office. This individual will be responsible for helping customers with procedural questions and providing practical application support to our clients in the LTC market. They will train and troubleshoot Windows and Browser based patient accounts receivable/billing applications. The desired candidate will help customers with procedural and practical application of the product. Technical expertise would be considered a plus.

Position requires a healthcare background with an emphasis in LTC Medicare/Medicaid/ Insurance billing being considered a plus. Previous LTC accounting/financial systems experience desired.

This is a full-time salaried position with a group company within NTT DATA. Please note, 1099 or corp-2-corp contractors will NOT be considered. This individual will be responsible for installing, configuring, upgrading, migrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting our healthcare software products which are utilized in over 2,500 Long Term Care facilities across the United States. The desired individual will provide support of our Cloud/SaaS product environment. They will need to be able to respond to issues quickly in a fast paced business support environment.
